AION Sentinel
Forensic risk screening across listed Indian companies. It tells you where to look, and never tells you what to conclude.
The problem
By the time a regulator acts on accounting irregularities, the loss has already happened. Enforcement is necessarily reactive: an order arrives after the damage, and the shareholders who needed the warning are the ones who paid for its absence.
The information was public the whole time. Thousands of listed companies file hundreds of pages every quarter, and no individual can read all of it. Worse, the thing worth noticing is rarely inside any single document. It is the divergence between documents, and between a company and the way comparable companies report. That is a reading problem at a scale humans do not have.
How it solves it
Sentinel reads the filings of every company in its universe and ranks which of them look statistically unlike the companies that file cleanly.
Two independent methods examine the same company. They are genuinely independent, and on any given snapshot they rarely agree with each other. That is precisely why agreement between them is treated as the signal. Both scores stay visible; neither is blended away into a single number that would hide the disagreement.
It was never trained on fraud labels. The system learns what ordinary compliant disclosure looks like and measures distance from it, which means it cannot simply be reproducing a regulator's past decisions.
Two cases where the record is public:
- Moksh Ornaments — flagged on 8 June 2026. SEBI issued an adjudication order for market manipulation on 1 July 2026, twenty-three days later.
- Gensol Engineering — placed in the 97th percentile of risk ahead of SEBI's interim order citing financial statement irregularities and fund diversion.
Two confirmed outcomes is not a track record, and we do not present it as one. It is the reason the system is worth your attention, not proof that it will be right again.
How to use it
Search a company and you get a risk tier, the reasoning in plain English, and both component scores. Every result carries the concerns that stood out, written as sentences rather than codes.
- Try it
- The public demo gives one free company lookup per day, no signup and no card.
- Programmatic
- Available through the API for institutional and research use.
- Reading a result
- A tier is a ranking within this universe on this date. It is not a probability, not a forecast, and not a claim that any company has done anything wrong.
What it cannot do
- It cannot tell you a company has committed fraud. It tells you a company reports unlike its peers, which is a reason to read further and nothing more.
- It is only as current as its most recent filing data, and filings lag reality.
- A clean result is not a clearance. Absence of a statistical signal is not evidence of absence of a problem.
