We keep the question you asked and the answer you got, so we can find what this gets wrong. We do not keep who asked it. Rate limiting uses a truncated one-way hash of your IP address combined with a session token your browser generates for this visit. It expires after 24 hours and is then deleted. Your IP address itself is never written to disk. No device fingerprinting, no cookies, no account, no sign-in. A cookieless counter records aggregate page views on this page; it sets no cookie and identifies no one. Full detail in the privacy policy, which has a section on this pilot specifically.
